What are the rules for speed brackets, as far as time to complete round, when the next round starts etc.? I've tried searching but can't find anything. Just now I was the 16th player entered and was about to hit my tee shot on 9th hole and I got a time expired error.

There's usually about a 1 to 2 minute time interval between when one round ends and the next begins, I guess for the system to tally and display results and generate those results and the new conditions for play ...
