  Hi,

  I signed up to Audible.de yesterday morning and have already downloaded an audio book but have still not received any credits, in spite of the claim that they are credited in a few hours.  Do I need to do anything else or just wait and be patient?

  Get Credits > Complete Offers > Support(Top right of Page> Find the offer noted above and Click Support

  I have completed a few surveys and not received one credit, for them.
