  I'm playing a RG and was prompted to buy new sleeve. Purchase didn't go through first time,as happens. Purchase went through and I made a shot with existing ball only to be prompted again on next shot to purchase again. Account shows the purchase and credits were deducted. I messaged WGT but hate to lose a good round. Anybody experience this?

  Oh, an old aquaintance is showing up after a long leave!

  These errors were common when they introduced new "buy balls in-game" pop-ups a few months ago. I had the impression that they had been solved.

  Fail!

   

  User's workaround: Be reluctant to click on those green buttons - often enough they only take your best and transfer it to the company!

  Save the game and restart your browser.  It helps to check you bag before you click "buy now." If you need them and buy them, look again. If they're not there, refreshing your browser fixes it.

  I've tried that but the game just goes back to the continue page and then the prompt. equipment shows I still have a ball. won't let me see how many. personally don't see why you couldn't switch to a ball in your bag but that's another topic.

  Ridiculous, they do not.

  "Gift balls" after MP games - if the opponent plays Starters, the most expensive balls are gifted.

  "Buy CC pass" on each and every game.

  Wrongful "Last ball" statements leading to unnecessary buys.

  Painful "unable to play" situations after club rentals which are easiest solved by buying them.

  They do take what they can, don't they?

  @Chicago-You actually have to close the browser and leave WGT, not just refresh.

  from the game client - during play - simply click on your name at top left of page,

  then click on the equipment tab and then click on ball

  it will show how many you have left (including the ball in play)
