Considering that WGT is clearly the most entertaining free site on the planet, even without investing in higher performance virtual clubs, perhaps a bit of a rethink on the ridiculous " Recovery Bonus " feature might be in order. Does not seem to add anything to the game; in fact it is quite annoying.
One could argue that the " Hit The Stick " bonus would then be in the same category. However, in the uncommon situation where it does occur, there seems to be nothing but guffaws, back slaps, congrats and cheers etc. in the chat box from all contenders in the round, which does add to the game. The silly " Recovery Bonus " seems to elicit mostly silence.
