i have now posted ( or tried to post about 15 posts on wgt and still every one is held back so that a moderator can check it!! how long do i need to be making posts before the start to actuaslly post them????

I don't think there is a fixed number, but simply when Icon gets around to 'flicking a switch' so to speak.
Actually, you've only 12 posts including this one. So, somewhere along the line 3 of your posts were flagged. Now it's just a matter of proving yourself before the flag is lifted.
