    I  was  in  a  skins game  and  1  guy  disconnects  and  I'm  in  a  lobby  waiting  for  the  host  to  reconnect. When  he  times  out  we  don't  go  back  into  the  game  and  i  ask  the  other  2  guys  if  the're  there and  i  get  no  answer  so  i  realize I'm  in  a  phantom  lobby  so  the  only  thing  i  can  do  is  disconnect. When  i  reload  the  game  page  it  says  I'm  disqualified  for  timing  out. I  talk to  1  of  the  guys that  was   in  the  game  a  bit  later  and  he  tells  me  he  was  the  1  that  diconnected  because  his  flash  crashed .He  says  he  was  also  in  a  phantom  lobby  but  reaized  when  no  one  was  answering him   so  he  reloaded  and  went  into  a  lobby  where  i  was  counting  down . So  there  was  3  different  lobbies  for  the  1  game. This  has  happened  before  to  me  and  others. I  ask  WGT  for  my  1941  credits  i  had  in  the  game  to  be  returned  and  there  answer  was     we  cannot  verify  you  had  technical  issues   so  no  refund  . I feel  sorry  for the  people  who  use  their  credit  cards  on  this  site.

    If you used your credit card then contact them and challenge the payment . That will be your only way to get your refund . You can always stop payments on your cards by going through the card company . Explain to them that you didnt receive what you paid for and therefore want to stop payment or get a credit refund . Hope this helps .

    Sorry to hear they did not refund you Azz.  I've had that bug happen a few times to me a few times.  Easy to get confused because ev1 is there excpet the person who disco.  Cmon WGT square him away.

    Hi Azza I would tell WGT that if they can´t verify if or not you became the innocent victim  of a bug caused by WGT  they need to refund you anyway.

    You did your homework in researching the cause of your problem. WGT did not. They just gave you a canned answer. The poorly working database is WGT´s problem not yours. Not refunding you is bordering on fraud.

    There are lots of clues that WGT no longer has the bugs in their database under control. Currently most annoying to me is that I often get presented the wrong background image for my shot. How you even can create this effect in a production database is beyond my understanding. There are just a few thousand images. And it is totally obvious which one is needed next. But the WGT database often fails do do this simple job correctly.

    I don´t do skin games for credits. But similar bugs often affect me when trying to do a multiplayer game with friends. I know that they don´t abandon our games voluntarily. So if we get separated during a game it is due to a bug very similar to the one that affected you skin game.

    Yes  Andreas every  thing  you  said  is  true,  they  just  gave  me  the  standard  response.No  acknowledgement  that  there  is  a  problem  with  phantom  lobbies therefore no  explanation  on  what they're doing  to  fix  it. Just  take  credits   like  money  hungry  thieves  lol. Same  as  when  you  win  for  example  5  skins  in  a  game  then  get  kicked  from  the  game  for  whatever  reason   they  don't  pay  you  out  the  skins  they  keep  them  .
