  I remember when I was a kid we had fire crackers and bottle rockets to blow off.  Now, no big bang.  When I was a kid we didn't ride a bike with a helmet.  We had chemistry sets and wood burning kits.  Things with sharp edges.  You fell of your bike, you'd get back on and go on.  Now 911 is called.  Kids now don't know how to be kids & get skinned up.  A little Mercurochrome and go on your way.

  We'd get skinned up playing baseball or football and the coach would say, "Rub some dirt on that and get back in the game." Now mom calls 911 while dad calls his lawyer.

  So true Cowboy.  And back then a helmet on your head is a sign on your back saying.  "Beat me up."
