I participated in the Legend 9 hole bracket free tournament (304194), advanced to the second round, and posted a score of 39 on 7/1 (you can see this on my profile page). However, when I went to check the results I see that I am listed as WD. Is there any way you can change this.

Same, 200cr bracket. Think i shot 65, it's in my score history. Finished way way ahead of time. Got WD'd, my opponent shot 81 and goes through,lol. I'm sure WGT is aware of this problem by now. Won't be long and they will fix it up im sure.
Same happened to me. All 4 players were marked as WD despite the fact that I completed my round well within the deadline but it was not counted due to a site error. After an email back and forth I was notified that I got a 100 credit refund (entry fee) as compensation despite the fact that 4th place was a minimum of 144 credits. WGT stole 1,040 credits (of the 1440 pool) from the players in my bracket as well as other brackets and I think it is absolutely insane. I tried having an email back and forth with support but was told they can't do anything and that I should check my PC specs and report bugs as I notice them while on the course! Ha! What a joke, it was 100% on THEIR end, not mine at all and this is clearly evident when ALL FOUR players in the final four of a bracket mysteriously WD. I've sunk a lot of money into this game over the years and could care less about 44 credits in the end but it's more about the principle. Very disappointing from what I believed to be very understanding customer service at WGT.
More disappointing is when you report a bug that raises the price of clubs by 550 credits after you add funds to buy them. And customer services' reply being we don't raise prices of clubs, sorry. Oh the time when I needed a screenshot.
Just to follow up, I wrote to customer service, got a reply that they couldn't change the WD but did gift me with a free sleeve of balls for my trouble. Now it would be nice if they would announce if the bug has been fixed or not...
