Re: Skytrak disabled account

    I was changing my avatar in the options menu and saw the Skytrak icon was "off."  I didn't know what it was and was curious so I turned it on. Later when I hit the "Return to Mobile WGT" icon on the home page it said my account was disabled. I turned my phone off and "rebooted" because that had worked when I was disabled once before after an Internet disconnect. Then I tried reinstalling the app. Neither attempt resolved the issue. I submitted a ticket and am currently waiting for a response, but history tells me that will take 24+ hours and I'm going through WGT withdrawals. Is there an admin or user with similar issues that can help me?

    Skytrak can not disable your account. Unfortunately I do not have any details surrounding your account at this time so you will need to wait for customer service to reply to you.

    All is well, received email from WGT...
