  Last week I moved up a level and received a "free rental" of a putter and wedge. After the rental the putter in my bag is now the defaulted starter putter.  I can see the Ping that I was using regularly but am unable to put it back into play.  The saved button is greyed out and I have tried all the options on the screen, but nothing works.

  Am I stuck using the starter putter until I buy something new? 

  I did try to change out other clubs but I am unable to change any of them.  What am I doing wrong?

  Hi laurajohnson,

  Please try equipping the putter, un-equipping it, and then re-equipping the putter again. The save button should show after doing that. If that doesn't work, please message customer service at members@worldgolftour.com and they should be able to manually update this for you.
