I was playing a matchplay challenge for 220 credits earlier, first hole game froze, when it re conectd, my avatar was invisible and i was not able to play any shot, this caused me to loose a couple of strokes figuring out what to do due to timer..Forget that the meter was unplayable aswell (after being smooth all day)  We managed to get to hole 3 after a few disconected and freezes, but on the green on 3, my putt seamed to freeze, and i couldn't do anything, i sent 3 bug reports, but only 1 went through.  Due to me not being able to do anything on the green i got disqualified FOR TAKING TOO LONG..I couldn't do a damn thing????

I've sent a e-mail explaining everything and a complaint, and this is the first time after loads of credits lost due to loads, meter etc etc i've actualy asked for a refund because at least before i could get some sort of round, but this was blatant robbery.

Thanks WGT looking forward for the reply.

With all the catastrophic things that seem to happen to you all the time, why in the world would you play for credits in any form if it's only going to end in disaster? Am I missing something here? Because challenge matches are one of best part of the game, and it keeps me in new Callways and credits, i usually have a smooth meter and plesant rounds, but when you get freezes all game, invisible avatars, and get timed out and disqualified when your controls don't work there's something not right.  Look a few spaces up or down in the bug log and you'll see plenty of complaints about game not playing right yesterday

Wow ok.. Ive only been playin for about a month.. but holy geez if you dont whine alot. It seems like everytime i log into the forums and hit active threads there's some new chrisironsbones whine about losing credits or missing a shot..

Here's the deal.. you're a legend with over $100 in winnings.. so I'm guessing your WGT lifeline looks something like mine.. You sign up and find a cool game.. you get addicted pretty quickly because its challenging and fun.. but at the same time you want to win so about a week later you spend all of $20 to upgrade your equiment.. by doing so you start seeing strokes cut off your avg at alarming rates now being able to stick greens and reach wedge approaches with ease.. you then decide to try to put your abilities up against others and join some RG's and some MPC's.. you win a few and keep the luck going.. now youre up $30 and have fully upgraded equipment.. so now youre goal is to try to reach the top of the ranks.. stop me when i'm close..

So basically the point of the story is.. you and I both deposited somewhere around $20 and havent pulled out our Visa's since..

Youre loosing recycled credits THAT HAVE NO MONETARY VALUE after being deposited since WGT has no way of gaining actual return (other than the elite collection which is pretty much unobtainable for months anyways)

SO GET OVER the fact you're losing free money...

WRONG..When i joined clubs were tier based, i had to get my visa out each time i reached a new tier to buy new clubs + balls, after reaching legend status and spent $100 + reaching there on clubs and balls, i deposited more credits to buy a load of balls, the spare credits i entered ready go's and was self sufficient. This week i had 100 credits spare(after depositing another $25 for new driver & fresh balls) which i multiplied and multyplied untill i got a few packs of callaways added to my collection, and i've still got loads left over if i want to keep playing.  Its nothing to do with LOOSING credits FAIRLY.  I've spent hundreds of $$ of my own money on this game, lost tens of credits as well but not done nothing about it except maybe have a moan.  But this time it was different.  The game kept freezing, i couldn't do anything or cancell game, then i get timed out, fair enough if i had lost fair and square, something i don't mind one bit because you win some & u loose some, but getting disqualified on the 3rd hole's green because game was stuck is not right.  ANd that was after loosing 2 strokes for timeout on the 1st aswell when i had an invisible avatar, and it took a minute for controls to work and to play a shot..with no avatar or aim mecanism.  So stop basing eveyone on your spending, because i have spent hundreds of $$ on this site, my winnings don't mean f' k all, they are just the odd $1 or 2 i've won in tournaments which go straight back on balls.  And the 220 credits i lost due to game freezes, i'm going to have to deposit more credits off my VISA to buy more balls (unless i can make the credits i have left double + treble) so it IS REAL MONEY, that what my VISA STATEMENT says anyway each time i buy more credits.

And this is from a guy who's been a member shorter than a month........If you've spent $20 in a month, that might put into prospective how much i've spent in nearly a year....

Don't you read the numerous posts where i'm complimenting WGT and being positive, or do you just like reading complaints so you can act all clever.  And this is first post in ages when i'm complaining about loosing credits, as do most people, if you read them, about loosing credits unfairly otherwise WGT can't sort out any problems with the game, which is usually spot on appart from the odd bug that might need ironing out.

The credits i've lost yesterday due to the above mentioned scenario i've more than won back by today, so i'm in a better mood and much more happier, but it doesn't excuse the fact you loose credits due to game freezing etc, etc.

Anyway has anyone noticed Tiger moaning and complaining all the time lately, so compare that with me if you like  LOL....
