Poetwarrior: Perhaps you could make a better impression here if you were to give facts, not just opinions. You have played WGT golf for 74 days, not nearly long enough to be an authority on the workings of the company or to have given them much money compared to some of the real veterans here.
Customer service does work with players who document their issues. They also respond to polite conversations much better than threats that don't really amount to much more than static on an old radio. Some of the best have threatened to quit and take all sorts of friends with them. WGT does not worry and life goes on.
A third idea might be to quit buying credits and work the system to "earn" free credits. Never having given WGT a credit card number I never have to feel jerked around by the company.The same thing is true when I play poker on the WSOP site. I just use free chips that they give away.
