After all the withdrawals from tournaments last week I'm asking for help as a non-native speaker and as a layman in legislation I'm a little lost with the American contract law but under contest rules there's a phrase:
'Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Tournament for any reason'
What does it mean exactly? What are the lengths WGT can use to their advantage? Is WGT able to alter the payout structure and increase rake to their liking? Since they can modify tournaments as well, does it offer the possibility to change the outcome how a winner can be decided (something else than the lowest score)?
