Have you tried clearing your browser cache and history?
When this happens it is most often caused by a corrupt or missing file in your flash cache.clearing your browser cache and history might be enough but you should also clear your flash cache. Some browsers are set up so that when you clear your browser cache and history it also clears flash cache. Some dont. In the off chance that clearing your cache doesn't help you may need to uninstall your flash player then reinstall it.
