Can you trade clubs with other players/friends? If not, will this be an option in the future ?
Nope, and it probably won't.
You can sell your clubs back to the ProShop, though, at 25% of their value.

Visit your profile page and click the equipment tab. You'll see a blue button that says 'Sell Equipment'.
You must first un-equip anything you wish to sell.
