I've tried to upload a new picture to my profile.
But I don't see the image I'm trying to upload.
The frame is just white. Tried jpg. and png. Both under 3mb
3mb is huge for a profile picture, try opening it in paint and change the width to 800 pixels(still way too big but the crop will work in wgt), edit the title and save as a seperate picture. Then try that in here.

First browse to where your pic is stored, then when you get that white box hit Upload Photo, then you can select which part of it you want to use. Paul's right, best to keep it small. When you're happy hit Save, that should fix it.

I had some issues uploading recently but I changed browsers just to upload and it worked.
It may not work but maybe it's worth a try. Good luck.
