Rather than give us a driving range, how about single hole practice where you can play a hole over and over again.  With this option you wouldn't have to produce a driving range as you could play hole 9 at St Andrews for example for as long as you like to find out  the true yardage of your clubs with different balls.  It would also help players improve holes they struggle on aswell.

It would be an easier option than having to go out and photo and produce a driving range from scratch.

Any one else think this would be a good idea?

Great idea, you could have the option the to play a hole over again like you mentioned.

Would give you practice, and would help people fine what type of shot they should play on certain holes to get better scores.

    Hope they listen.....

what,so now were supposed to try to get the ball in in LESS than ten shots?

Why does nobody ever tell me anything? Always the last to know.

If they were going to do a driving range it should be a one photo shoot. The yardage distance will tell you everything you have to know.

A simple replay shot function, available purely in practice mode, would be ideal. The ability to practice the same putt, approach, chip, pitch etc on certain holes would be a fantastic feature.

They would have to have a disable function for it too though as a lot of community organised tournaments play in practice mode.
