Re: Players cant play club tournaments

  I own The Scottish Claymores CC and I have 2 members that the site wont allow to play club tournaments. They keep getting the message  (You have not provided a country of residence.Click here to update your eligibility.). After doing so they still get the same message. The players are OWN3R and Cravenmorehead both can play challenge games for credits so I dont see the US State gambling laws being the problem.

  There is currently a bug in the system which is affecting all CC`s credit tournaments on the game. It only affects USA based players not international players.

  Have not heard much of an update or when CC expect the issue to be repaired but I am sure they are working on the problem & be fixed soon.

  This stuff is getting quite old. Continued problems with this game after 3 years of Beta. I have spent about $300 on it. What really perturbs me is that they never give you an update or tell you what is wrong. If I ran my business this way , I would not have any customers.
