You have an extra spot in bag Megan. You need to equip another wedge. That'll give you a couple options for your around the green work. There are tutorials in the forums for how to equip clubs and balls.
Second, you need to buy some balls with some spin. That spin helps them to stop on the green. In your gameplay screen move your cursor over your ball in the lower right corner and move the green dot down for more backspin or up for more forward spin.
I am going to gift you some balls....I used them all the way to Tour Master level. You can easily earn the credits doing surveys and things to buy more of them if you like them.
