    Hi WGT,

Tried the edit button for editing the club messages on the country club page and it's unresponsive.

I've tried on Maxthon and Firefox, refreshed and rebooted and cleared cache etc.

    Hope it can be fixed.

If I were you I would be more concerned about the 9 or 10 players that are pending that you need to accept or reject. Your members and players wanting to be members should always come first,

This is a tricky thing which shows that owners' rights aren't always independent from other rights. Apparently, as a default, nobody in a CC may change the Club Messages.

    Enter user's workaround #44.

To resolve it, access your CC's homepage (the one in the main window).

Click CC Tools - Owner's tools.

In "Permissions", allow one member's category to "Update Club Messages". Save.

With that, you as the owner will have indirectly granted said permission to yourself. This is revocable.

I am a CC owner, and I use "Directors" for this workaround. Since there are no Directors in my CC, it poses no problem to me ;)

I agree and those 9 or 10 pending players are those who have been invited to join the club but have not yet accepted or declined.

Hope that helps you to understand how it works :)

    Thanks Alosso for your help...

I was able to fix the problem by giving my directors the edit club message permission as you suggested and upon saving it worked for me.
