First of all, compliments on an online game that captivates the interest of millions of players. Due to the complex algorithms behind every shot, I'm sure a lot of tweaking is necessary again and again. And like in all things, when you fix one thing, you sometimes throw something else off.

I'm wondering if that has happened recently with the putting greens. The game was working smoothly for me for the past few months. But recently I've encountered an annoying problem on the putting greens. I use both forward and reverse camera views to read the break of the greens. But I have found that the reverse camera view often does not load at all. The camera icon is basically "dead" or inactive. And when it does load, I often can't return to forward camera view because the camera icon once again becomes inactive. The only solution is to reload the browser page. But it's getting to a point where I need to do that almost every hole. That gets pretty frustrating.

So I hope you guys can address this problem. Millions of us would appreciate it. Thanks!

That sounds like symptoms of WGTs problem with overloading flash memory. Refreshing the browser page won't help, closing  your browser down completely clears the flash memory. When you re-open your browser the game should work far better and the cameras should work. I do it now after every round I play.

I also clear my browser caché every morning and clear any websites from flash caché a few times a day, I leave thw WGT one alone unless the games messed up or after an update. I run CCleaner as well.

Same old clichéd answers but I can only tell you what works for me.

When this happens there's a workaround, of sorts-use the small left/right arrows to move the camera. Keep clicking until you get the reverse view.
