  I have entered the Best of Par 3's virtual tournament for this month but when I click the "Tee Off" button nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem?

  Check to see if the game screen is already open. If it is, that's where you'll tee off from.

  No probs here - entered, played a shot to the beautiful PB #7 and received my CDP + a ball gift.

  I assume some local Flash problem. Shut down the browser / clear the caches...

  Or just try the second "Tee off" button - there's one in the "Tournaments" section above, and one in the game window, tournament list.
