I'm a new player and I need practice.I'd like to know how to get started in practice games.I played one yesterday and I can't find it today. HELP PLEASE !!

Am I missing something here? I don't see anything on left hand side which says 'Practice', all I see if the various game formats. Then it's after clicking that I choose whether it's a practice or ranked game. Like I said, just asking in case I'm missing something.
