  I think that one mulligan per ranked round should be offered due to computer lag and other things.  Sometimes the meter will hesitate and when you click your way off target and end up in the water losing a ball that you payed for.  Just a suggestion, and yes this happened to me.  I do think that one per ranked round should be offered.

  Is this realistic?   Doesn't happen in real life?  Is it a rule in the USGA, or the R&A? Nope you wont find it there.
