I went back to the old gi2 sd2's cause of headache's with the meter. Still looking ugly but scores have stabilised somewhat. They're spin and distance I'm getting from them is not that different. I think they're cheaper per ball too.

I'm not sure whether I like the possibilities of going real low with the calloways better than the challenge of playing with the starter orange clubs and/or more economical balls. With the 280 yarder and 4 and a half balls of distance you really have to dedicate to what you want to do with your drive and execute close to your mark. I've had the most success aiming to click just before the bell and allowing for the draw or on tighter drives allowing for hook and clicking before the blue.

I continue to try the various Callaway options, but to date I still find the Legend balls more"stable" than I do the callaways...what I mean is that I get, what appears to me to be, better reproducibility with the Legend balls...if, for example, I hit the i15 PW with full BS (assuming no wind or elevation issues, and the dinger)), I always get 115 yds plus or minus a yard...I don't get this same reproducibility with the callaways....HB3

Legend callaways z line is awesome with raptures. #17 bp used to be unreachable from 194 pin into head wind, now it's generally is with 3i *unless dead head wind*

I find them to be very nice.

They're pretty good with the G10's, too. You still maintain excellent spin with the added distance.

I sure wish they were more durable though. The basic level Callaway last quite a bit longer even though they are only "I think" a 1/2 ball more on the scale.

I may have to go back to the WGT tour balls though. These Callaways are getting WAY too expensive for as much as I play. I'm not placing well enough in RGs as a legend yet to fund them.
