  I am LV95 near 96 (50K exp away).

  Currently play:

  TM L90 R15

  BB L89 3W

  TM RSi L90 irons

  I saw the Nike sale and bought the L95/100 Nike irons on the spot. Will likely buy the Nike L95/100 driver and the L94/99 3W.

  What are the thoughts of the board on these clubs? It would seem they are a pretty significant upgrade over my current stuff.

  Is the L96 BB driver better, worse or about the same as the L100 Nike driver?

  Also close to getting a new putter. Have been using the L70 Versa. Was going to think about the L96 Versa but now close the the L101 Nike M1. Should I push hard to get 96 to buy the Nike or just wait for the Versa?

  Good morning to ya

  In my opinion, the L70 Odessey Versa is AS good if not better than the L96. So save your money. I recently prurchased the L59 Odessey for fun & fact it has a 4.5 forgiveness. It's a sweet putter at half the cost.

  I have the L93 R1 Black driver. In my opinion the R1's are best. I tried the Bertha L96 and wasn't as impressed. You may want to look into the Nike driver though. I tried the L85 for fun one day & it was a good stick. But the driver I have is fine until I can get the L103 R1.

  The Nike L99 3wd i just bought. The forgiveness is much better than my L97 Bertha.

  I became level 99 3 weeks ago and bought the 99 (now 94) Nike 3w on the spot.  I've owned (still own) the lvl 89 BB 3w and passed on the lvl 96 version after trying it out.  I usually use Nike 81/61 balls.

  So, FWIW, the 99 Nike is no longer than the lvl 89 BB.  It flies shorter and doesn't stop as well, although it rolls out to same distance, assuming nothing like a bunker in the way.  That said, 4.0 vs. 2.5 forgiveness is worth something.

  I did rush out and buy the 100/95 Vapor irons on the spot also, and 1 evening's experience is pretty good.

  But based on my 3w experience, I would not rush to buy the level 100/95 driver.  Hold out for the level 96 BB or the level 98 R1.
