Not going to happen, as there isn't a problem with the meter. If there were everyone would be screaming about it in the forum. Try playing a round with the starter ball first. It's faster, so you will have to adjust your timing. That will make a 2.5 meter ball seem slower.
Or buy the Cally L1 balls with a 3.5 meter, and a cost of 300 credits a sleeve. If that is still too fast, the Max slow meter balls (hack+) are available. They have a 5.0 meter, but cost 450 credits for a sleeve. Or find another game.
