  WGT says thats ALL Nike clubs are reduced by 5 levels... but i dont see it !

  is there a trick to unlocking these items because i want to buy a driver and cant

  They've already been reduced. The levels they are at now reflect the reduction. For example, Nike irons that are currently level 80 were level 85. 
  
  But what Nike driver are you even looking at? I don't see anything around your level. The current level 95 Nike driver was a level 100 before the reduction.

  OP is right, we should have another reduction so I can buy the previously level 100 Nikes.

  Absolutely. Nothing more hilarious than watching a Hack with a 279 yard driver. That way, they could play holes driver, wedge back.
