  The rip off in his mind might come from having multiple clubs available after leveling up, but only being able to choose one to get for a free rental period. As soon as you choose one,you are locked out of the others for a free rental.

  None of the above. It says I can rent a club for free, but when I try to add it to my bag it does not allow me to.

  what he's trying to tell you is when you level up it gives you a choice of clubs to rent and use for free you click on the green bar under the clubs they are now supposed to be in your bag but when you go to play a game soon as you do this they are not there so you go to my clubs and they are not there either if they offer you free rental clubs you except but they do not give them to you then yes that is a rip off.when i first started playing i would get these clubs when they offered them but here lately you get the offer you click to get the clubs but never reiceive them.

  It's very unlikely that the clubs they offer you are actually stolen.

  The same has happened to me during 5 different level ups. After a level up, WGT offers one, two, three and maybe even four items that you can try out for a 2 hour period. However, when you click on any of them it errors out in a red square and error code and will not allow any of the items to be selected. 

  Therefore, you lose that option to tryout any of the offered items for that 2 hour window. Once you refresh the web-page or go to another game option the rental option is gone.

  So the original post was referring to that error being a ripoff due to not being afforded the free rental.
