If you don't tell them the program didn't work correctly they will assume it did. It won't get fixed and you will still fail to get a free ball every time one of these offers is made.

Agreed! They caused this fiasco, so they should fix it! Why should we have to complain to CS for them to act on their mistake.
Smh.....well im pretty sure by now CS/programmers know that it FAILED and that they should make sure every1 gets the 83.333333 credit ball, hell as much money as this site makes they should give every1 a whole sleeve of these cheap balls for xmas.

That's what it took this time. Another glitch I guess.
