    1. I used the option to purchase a new sleeve of balls while playing

    2. The purchase request failed - I was told to go to the Pro Shop

    3. I went to the Pro Shop, purchased the balls and returned to the game

    4. The purchased balls were not available and I was forced to finish the round with starter balls!

    I'm sorry that you encountered this issue. I am seeing that despite this problem, that you did receive the balls you purchased.
