    i didnt get mine either,but i messaged customer support and got my ball that same day. i always go to customer support for any questions, those guys are on the ball(no pun intended...lol).

    Without a doubt.  Any time I have had to contact cs they have always taken care of any issue I had (if the problem could be rectified) and have always done it promptly and courteously.

    Due to the assumed number of complaints even from the forum, do you not think that there is a serious QA program in place Champ?

    Time and time players need to jump through hoops just to get what should have been automatically sent.....pretty poor IMO.

    Put on some events... like 20% drink or points for objectives.. cheapest game on the internet.. epic failure for events at Christmas time..

    Even better is the responses from trialpay,fyber,supersonic over the links for the credits they offer, i get charged on my ccard,get a shitton of emails from companies.......yet they say well if youncant send us a screen shot of it....well then it never happened even when i send emails from the company that they charged me supersonic told me it didnt happen just this morning over a 700 credit for buying a book....such bs yet wgt/topgolf cares less than 2 shits as they say well those people dont represent us.......
