  got to be one if not one of the best results posted on st andrews in heavy 30mph winds.

  a round of 54 (-18) in heavy conditions.

  i played the 1st 9 holes which were mostly all 25-31 mph full in the face headwinds....had a few meter shudders which cost me a few strokes so deserted the game at -3......so kudos for the legend hitting such a really really low score. i wouldn't have thought it was possible in such heavy winds...but there you go.

  if you are talking about the weekly unlimited '9 holes' which is actually 18 holes - yes awesome score. just its off the white tees not the blacks. i shot a 57 and was pretty proud of it until i saw the 54 hahaha. great player tho hats off. when the putts fall you get a good score - well for me it does.

  The legend who shot that score.

  I played against him in the Exclusive vs The Elite match play tournament.

  I have only good things to say about him , Really good guy & A really good player.

  Good shooting
