  Hey i finished 2nd in the march pro open, and 3rd in the march tour pro open, by what i can read of the tornament rules it states payouts will be completed by the 15th of the following month,that has now past and still no payout

   

  from what i read in these forums not a lot of people have been payed out in these monthly tornaments, i can understand it when it was gift cards but all i have won is credits, so surly that should b instant no???

   

  mods players any help you can give would be appreciated thx

  Hi,

  We are working on them as fast as possible. Hopefully, it will be done sometime next week. Those usually take longer (if there is a prize) because we have to contact prize winners and get a reply from them and sometimes it takes a while

  payouts send email to your regisetered wgt email, not your pm inbox here. also, make sure 2 things are true:

  1. it doesn't go to spam

  2. you have selected to receive emails (check options in 'account' button)
