  Hi, how is it that level 70+ players that have 70.0+ average and also have very mediocre stats.but can shoot a 60 on a difficult course with moderate/high wind, I believe they deliberately shoot badly outside tournaments so they can stay at lower tiers to play against lesser capable players wgt should discipline them somehow I would like to know what the wgt community thinks.   Some try, but it doesn't help much.

  Look up saturation in the Search =>
