twin thx for your words and i understand this is not against me. it's just a misunderstanding with my players. when i said him to recruit i was interested in players without a cc.

CEverett. ..i have read your wall post and i said to him to not invite others members of your cc. he said me that he was playing with some of your guys and he invited them. for me it was irrilevant so i deleted your wall post.

one of our best players recieved an invite from Victoriae CC on the 26th of January

this is out or order and shouldn't be happening, there are other ways of recruiting members

Think there has been misunderstanding on recruitment front as M has advised.

Feeling was it was unusual for that fine cc so think moving on is better here.

I only contacted Maoriland as one of our directors had received more invites

    Sorted now though.

as i said you Bubbsboy..i have deleted all the invites sent by the player.  i called him this morning to say him we are looking for no cc member's.  by the way not for giustify his work but every day and everytime players join and go out from my cc...invited by friends to join their cc.. invited during a game.. i don't care about it because i'm the owner of a club not the owner of my players.. this is a game and everyone is free to stay here or join others club..

if someone of you will write on my cc members wall i will not send you a msg to say "hey stop poanching my guys"... if the player is happy in my club for sure he won't leave it.  when a player leave the club it mean he is not happy or he is looking for another club.

i really don't understand why you are so worried about it.  have fun...this is just a game.

This is not a Big deal; it as always been this way for over 6 years that i have been playing this game, and there is no wgt rule that says that anyone can ask another player to join the club that there in. Players change clubs on this site all the time.

For a member of a country club to join a different club they must make a personal choice to push a button that says they want to quit their current club first. What motivates that choice? Each case is different but if someone makes that personal choice to leave it should indicate that the person has doubts about their current membership. All of us are faced with advertising on a daily basis, whether it is what beer to buy or car to drive. Some of us are loyal and some not so much. Think of invitations to join country clubs as advertising and not poaching. If your brand is strong enough it will stand up to these advertisers.  But it is always the users personal choice which brand to get and not the advertiser or the country club owner's.

I'm so alone . Nobody ever invites me anywhere .

Any sensible person would look around at what's on offer in another cc before jumping ship .
