  I will weigh in on the other part of the OP's thread. The "clashes" are unfair in their present format. Any well organized club with 250 active members can win, but a club with even  80 active members has no chance. Either fix the event so that there is a handicap system or have multiple winners from various sized clubs divisions. Or even a sweeps stake for all clubs which enter with each club getting one (1) entry into the lottery. Or even better, drop the whole "clash" idea and replace it with something better.  A kind of repeal and replace idea.

  I agree, particularily with the new margin that the winner has set: 175,000 points!
  Nevertheless, they will need another four years to distribute the Golden Calfs between them in a fair manner ;)

  But, the degree of "fairness" of the Events is sufficient from our host's view as long as enough CCs participate, their members paying for balls and CC passes en masse!

  A change or fix will only come when the revenue becomes insufficient. We have had such a change recently with the "game builders", and my impression is that it was successful - the stakes have risen.

  Plus, any new game costs development manpower = money, but not the Clashes. They run cheap and successful, methinks.

  There will never be any new game dev as far as this game is concerned, all they're going to do is milk the money train for as long as they can. 

  This is an arcade golf game, no one has development cycles for a core game like this, it's not cost effective and the cost of developing a 'new' game in a real gaming dev platform is not going to happen. TG doesn't do game dev, hell they don't even do what they're doing now with any sort of skill or innovation, they just do what wgt does only in the real world. 

  Play the game until the browser companies finally kick Flash to the curb, which is coming, it's just idiotic to have it enabled while online, the Flash container system used to be great at delivering media content and assets, now it's a container for delivering malware etc. 

  As for Clashes? Who f**kin cares....

  They certainly care, rising the stakes to win the G.C.

  And, see the runner-ups, three or more who put a real effort into it, waiting in the wings...
