Thanks for signing up for Mint, the free and easy way to make smarter decisions about managing your money. Now you can take charge of your financial life

.*I took advantage of the mint.com offer and signed up expecting 450 credits.

I got to the site through trialpay like i have with other offers.

I received this welcome email shortly thereafter.

When i joined the site i gave them all my banking/bofa information and they access my accounts including, checking, savings, mortgage and 2nd mortgage. Also clicked a couple of their links. The site said i was good to go! Never received credits although the offer stated i'd be credited immediately. Contacted trialpay through their customer support/email link.

They emailed me back with 2 excuses neither of which are valid.

    Dear XXXXX,

Thank you for taking the time to email us at TrialPay. After careful review of your customer log and the receipt you've submitted, the advertiser for Mint.Com offer has determined that your registration is not eligible to receive credit at this time.

Please note that in order to successfully complete this offer, you must access it directly through a TrialPay link and meet all of the requirements stated by the advertiser in the offer terms - in this case, you must activate your account by adding a financial institution. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but as it is left to the discretion of the advertiser to establish the requirements and eligibility of each transaction, we are unable to credit you at this time.

If you are still interested in receiving free Credits, please return to the checkout to select an alternate partner offer.

    Regards,

I sent them this reply and by the way i also did the daily survey yesterday having
to do with internet provider speed and didn't receive credit for that either
but not bothering to debate that one.

I signed up with mint through the trial page page that popped up as
usual. I also entered my bofa information and they accessed my bofa
accounts including, checking, savings, mortgage and 2nd mortgage. So now
they have all my info and i don't get my credits! Somethings very wrong
    here!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok,  go to the offers page and click on the word "support" in the top right hand side. Scroll down the new page to where this offer is and press the contact support link to the side. That takes you to trailplay... then enter your email. Follow the instructions there after, that should do it.....if you did this already then do it again remembering to copy and paste the above confirmation page. I hope this helps.

I work in the industry and unless you have checked mint.com out throughly, I would NEVER give an unknow site any financial information. Do not allow them to deduct any funds from your accounts. Your bank can help you with that.

Mint is the real deal.  I have used them for 2 years.  They have been talked about by Suzy, Dave Ramsey, and other TV people that deal in the realm.  I was freaked out when I first used them but I can say it's the best use of the internet I have had.

    It's safe.
