So I bought the wrong wedge.  I know, I know... my fault.  However, for situations like this, it would be nice if clubs that have never been used could be returned for a full refund within a reasonable time frame.

It should still be under warranty

What warranty? Good luck with the "full refund within a reasonable time frame" thing. I believe it would be nice if WGT had a heart and realized that most of us are only human and make mistakes. But as we know, that is not so.

Perhaps you will be the first to sway them. Who's kidding who?

    Have a nice day.

Well, my initial thought was "Before they leave the Pro Shop", rather than 'a reasonable time frame'.  Then I realized that they could technically never leave the Pro Shop while playing with the club.  Dunno if there is any chance they can tell if a virtual club has ever been used or equipped.

lol, funny to hear these things talked about like they are actual merchandise. It matters not if they're used or not, they don't have a shelf life and the same equipment can be sold unlimited times to others with the exact same characteristics. It appears from previous replies that wgt will make case by case exceptions via E-mail, but wishes not to publish a standard return policy.

    The most excellent advice.

Having a line of communication that doesn't involve the general public (ie, forums) can and will get you a level of customer service that you really wouldn't expect.

Try it.  You may be surprised.
