Would it be possible someday to have three players playing a tournament together? I mean, just like in real life. Like a stroke play group, but during a tournament., It would be cool to try it out in Country Clubs first., Let me know what you think.

This has been suggested, recommended, and begged  for since... well, forever.

You can see how close we are to that happening.

    True.

We're even further away from realisation because this request has officially been declined.

WGT thinks that it might support cheating by mutual help.

"It might support cheating". They are really funny. There are guys using auto-dingers, use programs to slower the meter, rulers, winds calculators, etc. But this MIGHT SUPPORT CHEATING.

Of course it depends on what kind of player you are. In my case, I like to make good scores, but I don't need to cheat. Sometimes I play very well and some others I suck. But I still play. It all depends on the player honesty.

One thing you can do, is to disable the chat during these groups rounds. I know it's a pretty basic suggestion, but why wouldn't they give it a try?

PS: if you see me green, send an invitation to play.

Is not the idea when playing in a group, to chat with other while waiting for your turn. And of course the ability to do some trash talkin'!
