Can't look into your account, but your activity log doesn't tell of these ball buys.
It tells me though that you buy too many CC passes - more than zero.
Free CC passes should be sufficient!
Your problem may be that the driver rental(!) is terminated but still in your bag.
Fix it from "Change Equipment" by installing a driver from your inventory.
You might want to "Contact" WGT (link below) to save you the discount from the rental, unless you want to look for a better driver to come.
