when you are in a multiplayer game with 3 or 4 players and 1 or 2 are really slow and you want to do other things on your computer whilst waiting.. why not have the minimized tab flash when it is your go so you dont wase time

If you turn your sound on there is a chime that sounds when it is your turn. You may have turned it off in your options.
i understand what u are sayin but i play with it muted because i'm listening to something else. i would love a visual for when it is my go
