  You have proved again that you don't know what you are talking about.  The Forum is for feedback from other players.  Once in a while a Moderator will respond, but for the most part it is left to the other players to help provide information to people who ask for it.  

  Your first post that started this thread was very vague.  You said:

  "The main fairway is separated from the landing area in front of the green by a large swath of rough, fescue, and pot bunkers. Because there is no view from behind the green, as there is on most every hole in the game, you cannot gauge distance to the landing area to choose a club when conditions like a strong headwind or a second shot from deep rough require it."

  You later said the following:

  "Again, I am not talking about landing on the green, but the fairway in front of it. There are times you need to know whether your three-wood will reach on the second shot, or if you should lay up."

  This area would not be readily visible from a camera at the back of the green anyway.  After you take your Tee shot, the mini map shows another camera from the fairway.  Depending on the distance your Tee shot traveled, will determine where your view with this camera is.

  So go play the Hole as a stand alone hole.  Go to the "WGT Community" drop down on either your profile page or your CC page.  It will show "Golf Courses".  Click that and it will show a link to 14 different golf courses.  At the bottom left of the list is Saint Andrews,  Click on it and then click on Hole #14.  Now click "Play Hole Now",  That is the Back 9 Par 5.

  This will bring up the Red Tee Box for this Par 5.  On the Mini Map click on the Camera in front of the green.  It shows the green and the swale in front of the green.  The pot bunker and fescue type heavy rough are around 395 yards off the tee.  The distance the hole plays is 509 yards.  For you as a Tour Pro in Ranked Rounds you will play a distance of 518 yards from the yellow tees.

  Using your Ping L58 Driver rated at 270 yards, and a starter ball, it will probably fly about 240 yards into a head wind on a good day.  If you can't determine what club to play for your second shot, you probably aren't familiar with your equipment.  

  Have you mapped your clubs, so you know carry and roll out in all type of wind conditions?  And FYI, it is possible to have the ball land in the fescue and bounce out onto the fairway.  But it's not something you should count on having happen.

  Your L36 Rocketballz 3W is rated for 225 yards.  There is no way you can reach the green into the wind in 2 with that club.  It would probably be very hard to reach the green in 2 with a tail wind.  And if it was possible, you have zero chance of holding the green with your equipment and starter ball.  Thats from the fairway.  In the rough, it would be especially foolish to even try.

  You have been playing since June 2014 and have played 266 Ranked Rounds.  That averages about 2 rounds per week.  You don't show any match play results.  From your comments you don't know anything about course management and use equipment that isn't very good with the starter ball.  

  People have jumped on you because you have posted other ridiculous comments before and proved you don't know anything about the game, and don't try and improve your play.  You just bash the ball around and whine that the game is unfair.  If you brought a different attitude to this forum, you would probably get friendly advice aimed at helping you.  But the tone of your posts is pretty confrontational.  That sets the stage for what happens in reply

  WGT says you can play the game for free.  That's true.  They don't say you will be good and score low at it.  To get better you have to play much more than you are willing to in the past.  One of the best ways to improve is to play rounds with others and learn from them.  It takes "Practice, Practice, Practice".

  While writing this post I see Robert posted a shot of the Bunker and fescue.  While it can be a problem to clear it, if you know your clubs you will be able to determine what is reachable.  But you didn't say that landing area, you just complained about no camera behind the green. 

  If you think about what you say and how you say it, and you might get a different response.

  Yours was a lengthy reply, Phred, so I'll enumerate my responses:
  
  1. A landing area in front of a green, as I originally wrote, is by definition not the green. In the second quote, I was rephrasing because I had been misunderstood, but it remains I'm not trying to reach the green in two, rather the fairway in front.
  
  2. I use the camera behind the green on many holes to align my approach shot when the forward view is obstructed by an incline, trees, whatever. For example, if I'm in deep rough or a bunker, I might want to be sure I'm not traversing bushes in which my ball would be lost. If I'm laying up, isn't it better to travel over as much fairway as possible? Said camera always affords a view well down the fairway, if not back to the tee box. It's the equivalent of walking up an incline in real life, and essential to making some shots. 
  
  3.Thank you for the tutorial on how to play individual holes. It's very helpful.
  
  4. I posted in this particular forum because it was labeled "Product Suggestions" and led off with guidance from a WGT representative who said they read all comments even if time only permits limited responses. Therefore, I thought I was speaking to WGT, not other players. As such, I was offering an opinion on what I think would make the game better, not being confrontational. The confrontational part arrived after reading responses from other players.
  
  5. I have been registered since 2014, yes. I have not been playing consistently over that period, however. I played for a little while when I first registered, but work, travel, and other interests caused me to forget the game. I only recently rediscovered it, and now play every day. I have fun and am learning, but believe I have the right to offer constructive feedback, especially when WGT offers space to do so.
  
  6. As I'm on a budget and haven't much time for surveys, I've been playing with Srixon balls at the beginning of each month, until I run out. Then I play starter balls. I am considering just using starter balls until I upgrade my equipment further. It's a question of comparative value. When my fairway woods, irons, and wedges are all high trajectory clubs, I will probably begin purchasing balls again, as they will be more valuable when I can apply spin more readily.

  7. Yes, Robert posted a picture of the landing area, for which I intend to thank him, and I did specify it in the original quote which you copied and pasted. My point, though, was the view Robert posted isn't available  to me from some lies, which would be resolved by having a camera behind the green.
