  I just played my first paid Tour Pro bracket and the tees were champion. At least I think they were I was barely able to make some fairways and nearly every par 4 was a driver 3 wood. I thought the Tour Pro bracket tournaments were from the TP tees?

  If it was on Bethpage Black and you scored a 34. Congratulations you played it as a 'Master', and that was the reason for your tees being set further from the pin. Keep shooting those 34s and lower.

  Nope, if he entered a TP bracket, he was playing it from the same tees as everyone else until all 4 bracket rounds were completed.

  Tiered brackets are not always set from your default tees. when I played in Legend brackets, we even played from hack tees in some rounds. It's down to WGT, how they set them up, but everyone in them plays from the same tees.

  As for tierless brackets, they are ALWAYS played from your tier's default tees. However, if you enter a bracket as a TP, you play all (potential) 4 rounds from TP (medium) tees, even if you reach Master tier during the event, or even before you play round 1. All it matters is, what tier you were, when you signed up.

  If I was wrong  I apoligise.  I was just looking at his Score History, and I know for fact that the 1st  Master's Bracket that I entered I thought I was playing as a TP with a tee placement further from the Green than I was used to playing. I suffered through it and began to revamp my game. But the OP hasn't replyed saying if this was the round that he played with that score.
