I am not one to readily complain, however this, I feel, must be brought to your attention.
I
live in New Zealand and during the week I can only play after work (5pm
local time). I do this every day in order to gain my exp points and
access new clubs available at higher levels.
Three days ago I started my usual game after 5pm and all of a sudden I
get disconnected due to maintenance. This maintenance was not mentioned
anywhere I can recall (usually we even get a reminder window to save
our games), therefore was unable to finish my game and get the 880 exp
points due to my playing streak. The next day I proceeded to log in and finish
that game and, to add insult to injury, I realized I actually have lost
my playing streak and now have to re-start from scratch.
Now, I don't want to go down the road of being a good customer,
spending real money here etc., after all you can assess that easily
enough on your own, but I would respectfully ask for what I believe I
have earned through loyalty and playing consistently.
Please re-instate my continuous playing streak as it was not stopped
through my own fault - once again something you can easily assess. In fact if you could award my lost points for the last 3 days I would be grateful. In return I will get closer to spend more
money for the R11 driver - fair deal I'd say.
I know you are a busy lot and I respect that and financially support your venture, all I ask is for some fairness in return.
