If you buy credits you had better be careful.Three times they have taken more off my card than what I told them to.First time I typed in $10.00 to buy a 1000 credits they took $10.00 out 2 times and gave me 2000 credits.Next time I only wanted 100 credits for a dollar. They took $20.00 off my card and gave me 2000 credits.Today I wanted 500 credits for $5.00 they charged my card $50.00 and gave me 5000 credits. You wonder why I'm mad because they gave me the credits for the money they took out. This is why.I live on a S S check monthly little over $600.00 a month I can't afford to be ripped off by a bunch of crooks like wgt's buy credit department.I have tried to find a way to contact them but can not find one.So I would advise anyone buying credits to be careful they will steal from you and there's no way you can get it back.I hope they read this and they need to know I'll do all I can to see that they don't get away with charging people's card more than they ask for.   Bessie

    Hi

We do not steal credits. If for some reason system double charged, like when it happens to me (when I click back, or refresh by mistake), just email members@worldgolftour.com and they should be able to assist you

    thanks:)

I appreciate your reply and a friend finally found the email address you gave me in your reply and I wrote them last night. In the past 3 or 4 months I have spend I guess around $300.00 and I only ask for the amount of credits that I can afford that's why when I get charged more even tho I get the credits I get mad because I can't afford it and I can't afford paying my bank overdraft fees because of it.In the future I will get a charge card and put the amount I want to spend on it.Maybe that will avoid this happening again.I hope to hear from members@worldgolftour.com  and I hope they can help me I haven't spent any of the 5000 credits yet.I'm waiting to hear from them.I'll gladly give them back for my money because I need the money to pay bills with.I guess I'll just have to wait a day or two and see what happens.Anyway thanks for answering.

Thanks. Do give them a few days to get through the emails. It's wekened now, so emails do add up when they come in on Monday

I sent an e-mail to WGT for the same situation April 18th. Got a prompt reply that my mail was being forwarded to the credit card dept. and that they would be in touch shortly. Still waiting to hear from them??   C46

Also understand that CC Companies often are the cause of a delayed refund. I know from experience that when my company refunds customers it is usually within 24 hours of the request. CC Companies have 10 working days to process the refund and all to often they take the entire time. This rule also applies to banks on debit cards.

I think he is saying that if you buy credits with your credit card, then you receive the credits immediately....but if you want a refund, then your CC company can take up to 10 working days to refund your money.
