If you haven't done so already contact Customer Service @ the link below "Contact".  I've found them very good about replacing balls when something like this happens.

    Good Luck,

You should have read the update thread before buying. The new Callaway wedges are buggy with their distance being 2 to 3 times what the hey should be.

Yeah, but if you ever wanted a 150 yard flop shot....

Nah, Phil is still the only one who has it.

This reminds me of the top Nike putter when it  first  came out all kinds of bugs. Then they fixed it but still very  disappointing when you buy  expecting  something better. I suppose they will be after the bugs are worked out. I do really wonder if a new irons are coming with longer distances so a 115 yard  wedge  would be handy though if that is true it seems backwards irons first then wedges to fit.

Cracks me up. I mean really, how truly stupid do you have to be that you can't simply check your variable numbers and options in a club creation utility?

Testing? There's no testing required. All these clubs are created from a base template for each club and or set, graphic assets assigned and rendered out. If you want proof of that just look how the new Cally irons play, nothing wrong with them.

You think the MD wedges we developed and engineered in their lab? lmfao...

There are only two reasons clubs have issues in this game, either by employee's not trained or to stupid to do their job, or it's done intentionally.  No good answer to that one.

I mean at least they look good I'll give them that... They'd look better if you could customize the dots though.

If the IT folks did things correctly, both CS and the Mods would be out of work...no apologies or PR would be needed.

    Somewhat similar to gov't bureaucracy.

in another threath players were discussing about this kind of problem on the new wedge callaway... it's just a bug fixed now by wgt.  differents players had your problem but now is ok... i bought the 100 yrd and now works really good.

if u still have the problem try to set up your last wedges in your bag...log out and when u log in again set up the new one.. maybe it will works.. if no..contact wgt

ps..try them from tee on a single hole like st.andrews h1 so u will not loose your ball
