Purchased putter but when I go to my equipement it doesn't show. If I review my equipement (buy/sell) it shows as owning ( I can sell it for Credit) but if I go to my bag it doesn't show.
Try restarting the browser, and if that doesn't help, clearing both your browser & Flash cache & restarting the browser again.
Cleared out browser as you suggested, still don't have the putter in my bag but it shows that I can sell it.
Go to equipment......deselect your putter and then drag the new one into it's spot.

It's not enough just to clear your browser cache.
Please also clear your Flash cache & then restart your browser.
Also, you might try a different browser to check if the same issue occurs in it, too. (Many users here recommend Google Chrome.)
