I entered the above tournament and completed the first round and the score was posted within the specified time limit. I went back an hour later to see if the second round had started and found out that that the second round was finished and all 16 of the players in the bracket were shown as WD. Not only that, but there was only 26 minutes left in the third round - in which nobody had qualified. So please enlighten me as to how these tournaments work so that this doesn't happen to me (or my competitors) in future.
