  Is there a way to set up a tournament so that all members have to use wgt standard equipment like a Rough It Out Tournament... Thanks in advance.

  Not for Starter equipment, but you may set up a premium tourney (e.g. for 10 cr) with the Set of the Week. Don't forget to select matching tees for ev1.

  alosso is correct.  Our CC does occasional Starter Club tournaments, but we trust Members to play with the starter set, as there is no way to force compliance.  We have also done a Set of the Week tournament with the minimal entry fee of 5 credits.  They can be fun and do level the playing field quite a bit.
